RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return/Exchange Policy: Paper Marché wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be exchanged or returned.

Personalized items and custom merchandise are not returnable.

Shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued in the amount of the original purchase less any coupons, promotions or vouchers used at time of sale. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase or a store credit will be issued.

For return authorization, please include the details of your order including the reason for your return and if you would like a refund or exchange. We will respond to your request within 48 hours. Included in our response will be a return authorization number and instructions for completing your return. Please note that Paper Marché is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process. All returns must be prepaid at the customer’s expense.

Paper Marché reserves the right to not accept returns made without prior authorization. If a return is received after the 30 day return period, we reserve the right to not accept the return or accept the return and charge a 20% restocking fee. Please note that if Paper Marché decides to not accept a return, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
